Hey guys. I noticed that a part of the mount on my mid 70's evinrude 15 hp is broken. Is this a major problem and how easy would it be to fix? I don't want my motor to fall off in the lake!

She's pretty much done now. I want to add another seat on the rear bench and some cup / rod holders. Anybody got any ideas on what I should add?

I put some LED lights on the rear bench and the front trim panel next to the switch panel.

I need a place to mount a switch panel and fuse box. I want it to be close to me when I'm running the boat (tiller). My boat is a 14' flat bottom. What ideas do you all have on how to mount these things so that they're relatively waterproof and within easy reach?? Bring on the pics!
