Broken evinrude.... Help

Hey guys. I noticed that a part of the mount on my mid 70's evinrude 15 hp is broken. Is this a major problem and how easy would it be to fix? I don't want my motor to fall off in the lake!

Also can anybody tell me the name of what is broken in case I need to start looking for a new one? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

That looks like your Swivel Bracket to me.
