I stole this boat a few weeks ago and got it so cheap so I can redo it all. I bought it for $300 with the trailer. I thought that was a steal. Been working on it the last few weekends and got lots of great ideas from tin boats. lots of pics taken. this is after i put gluvit sealent in the boat.

Looks great man. How did you support the front of the casting deck?

I used the original cleats and just modified them a little. Going to bolt the deck to them and the bulkhead will help support it as well. I ordered a hatch that I should getting any day now to put up in the front deck as well.
