Thanks, and yes 5 SS bolts and poly lock nuts hold the front deck, 3 across front bow lip and 1 on each back corner. Carpet was glued on before mounting.

I have a question for you to 12footmoder...I have a 1432 that I am thinking about modding similar to yours. My question is with the foot pedal on your trolling motor. Did you run the cable under the front deck or across the top?

Also and this is probably my biggest concern right now is the length of the cable. How long is the cable on that trolling motor? I am concerned that with my setup I will not be able to reach the pedal from the front seat.

If you are talking about the foot control cable, it is approx 5foot from head of tm to the foot pedal. the power cable from the foot pedal is approx 2-3foot. And the cable runs on top of deck when tm is down.
