Hello all, My name is Dave and have been reading and watching this site for some time now. I have completed several alum boats but this one I wanted to post. It was originally a closed bow SC Holiday and I went through the whole thing and converted it. I'll do my best to attach photos, bear with me........

This site has sparked tremendous interest in this "hobby" of mine. I think I'll always have a project boat-great fun!!!

Dave that is a great job on the Holiday. I was wondering if you could post pics of how you finished off the edges on the gunnels where you cut out out the front deck. I just started rebuilding my old 16' Starcraft and have just been stalled trying to come up with something that looks as good as yours. Again great job on the boat. Thanks George

Looks REALLY good. Good work! :D

There is a Starcraft Jet that I drive by every so often just to see if it's still there....One of these days, I might just try and buy it again. I'd like to build a real light boat out of it, for fishing a couple rivers that I know about.
