14' polarkraft v-hull conversion

The boat- 14' polarkraft v-hull. I bought it from my uncle for $400, boat, trailer and brand new 40lb trolling motor.
I got the boat about a month before christmas, and now that i have most of the material im going to start fixen her up.

Thanks, my uncle bought it and took it out maybe twice.
Its a pretty solid boat, zero leaks.

I finished the framing for the front deck today. If it wasnt for having to go to a wedding today i might have had the whole thing framed up :roll:

I was about post up some pictures of the framing but my wife took the camera with her...but ill get them up as soon as i can tomarrow.

Im going to go ahead and price the carpet and plywood. Where is everyone getting their carpet from? Does it have to be the kind they sell at bass pro or can i use a diffrent type?

PROGRESS! Finaly....
I finally broke down and bought some plywood to finish my deck.
Friday and saterday I cut it out and predilled holes. Now I'm waiting on paint to dry.
Tomarow Ill be able to put the doors on and take it for a test ride after work..

I painted it with deck and floor paint to seal it, and so it won't look so bad untill I get the carpet. Hopefully this weekend or the next I will be able to put the carpet on. I still have a lot I want to do, I'm just glad I finally got my deck on, no more tripping over crap while I'm trying to fish.

Got the trolling motor mount mounted... Now all ineed is doors and I will be fishing tonight!
