This is the 14 footer I just picked up. It came with a trolling motor and 20 hp Mercury 2-Stroke. I plan on putting a deck on the front and back and leaving the center open. Anyways I'll get some more pics up as I get things started.

Looks like a good canvas for some mods. I would start off by adjusting your jack forward on the trailer, this way your transom will be over the bunks and properly supported, you probably don't want indentations in the hull. By looking at the pictures it looks to be an older 20hp Merc. Tight lines sir. 8)
