14ft AquaSwan conversion question

So i have a 1965 14 foot semi V hull AquaSwan, the beam is 51'' and the stern is 43 1/2", i planning on adding a front casting deck along with removing the middle bench including other mods, but my big question is what would the stability be of the boat after all this, its kinda narrow compared to other builds i have seen. i will have 9.9HP, gas tank, and battery in the back and a bow mounted trolling motor up front. Should i attempt this mod or just enjoy the boat as is??

I plan to put an aisle through the middle bench on my 14 ft leaving about 18 inches on each side secured to a floor. We'll see how it goes.
