at the moment i have a small 9.6 but i am looking for a 20 or bigger hp .. i am looking at a 76 mercury for it . after i start the project i will need more hp for the extra weight and i am to beleive the boat is rated for a max of 30.

well i start my project tommrow with the removal of the paint on the bottom side and fixing some rivits that the old owner put in(not the right ones). i will post pics once i start.

please be patient with me as i have to upload them from my iphone to the internet. please feel free to comment or help out with ideas.

the plans are to deck it and put in some rod storage and get a custom cover for it, livewell possibly if the funds are there. re-doing the trailer so it looks nicer. also putting in a floor .

well just so everyone knows it snowed up here in alberta canada today, i am going to bring in the boat for some unthawing and get to the removal of the paint. i am ordering my steelflex here soon so when i get that i will post some pics of the progress and i will post pics of teh progress of teh paint removal as i got along.

i also plan on stripping and paiting my trailer . i am hoping that my boss will let me use the shop to do the mod in since i live in anm appartment building and have no garage. well heres to a great hard season. :!: :!: :p

Well everyone I have decided to refinish the trailer for the boat first, since it is minus 25 up here . I am still doing the boat just need to get the trailer done first so I can move the boat around easier since I am doing it at work. It's really hard to move the 14 foot boat by myself , on the trailer would be much easier and would stand a little higher off the ground . I will post some pics of the great white snow we hav here , and oh yah the trailer too.
