1990 Bass Tracker tournament tx 17ft transom repair help!

Hi I have 1990 bass tracker tournament tx and wanted to get some info on replacing transom wood. I have been look around and I haven't seen the set up / welds that I have. Was really hoping not to have to cut them as some are welded to transom. Any help would be great. Thanks everyone

Sad to say but every one I've seen on a few different sites have all had to be cut and re-welded.

Mine is the same way. There are a few guys on here that have done it and posted pics. Not a quick or easy job, but something you could get through if you are handy. (If you don't have a welder you would have to hire someone. I don't think that would cost too much though.)

PS -if you do it, don't destroy the wood as you take it out. That can be handy as a template.
