2001 Lowe 180wz Fuel tank access problem

Scot21X has posted some good photos of his excellent rebuild of this boat..but they don't quite answer a question that is bugging me. My 2001 Lowe 180wz boat has a defunct fuel sender in the gas tank under the rear aluminum deck. I cannot find an access to that tank short of cutting a hatch into the deck. Lowe factory CSR have no drawings, nor info, either...nor the dealer. so, H E L P please
Do any of our tinboat members have any secret info on this issue???
