Hey I bought this motor and when I did I layed it on the wrong side and had to have it cleaned that was last week will it still blow a little smoke for a little bit I had to have it cleaned because the oil went in the heads and carb and all just curious if it will smoke a little because of that

If you got oil in the carbs and heads, yes, it will smoke. But if you get it running, it should not take long to clear it out. You might want to remove plugs and crank it over to ensure not too much oil in cylinders. Then make sure to check engine oil before starting.
