New Guy to this site. I have a 1997 25EL merc on a 15' Klamath and the other day I changed the impeller in the lower end and all went well but now my motor doesn't tilt up when in forward gear. I know this motor is suppose to come up in forward in case you hit something and stay locked down in reverse and neutral. It stays locked down in all postions. Any ideas? Thanks.
