Received the email and copied the MSO . I will print it tomorrow and bring it to the local store. Hope that gets me some action. so far, I haven't found anyone who even knows what I am talking about.

no problem man. I would find out if the online orders are shipped from their warehouse or lifetime's. You may have to contact lifetime about it.

I am already in contact with Lifetime in Utah. They seem like they are trying to help. But, if SA has the #$%# paper sitting in drawer someplace...they could just hand it to me.
