In regards titles, we don't have a title law here. You need a bill of sale or something like it, make, length, type, etc.., HIN to register. If you do have a title, all the better. They will ask you for motor size & serial number too.

You technically dont have to register your trailer either. But if you tow out of state, that could become an issue in some states.
