Anyone recognize this 12 foot fiberglass hull and transom?

No data plate except reading 124196 as a serial number. Any help would be regarded will kindness.

First glance I thought Livingston, but it isn't. Looking at Livingstong images I stumbled across the pic posted below. It is on a site called DirectBoats.com. I've never seen or heard of this brand. Looks very similar to yours.

And that could be just a difference in production/years.

Looks like an old Sears … just remember, they didn’t build them …

It looks like a modified MFG Car Topper 12’ from the outside hall design. The front is closed in and the seats are cut out in the middle. Maybe another manufacturer made something similar.
