I’m trying something new today. So lotus style ribs with kosmosq Asian rib glaze.
These are going to be done in the oven. Ribs have lite layers of SPG and well go in the oven At 400° for 45 minutes. I will then wrap them in foil at 300° for two hours, then sauce without foil for at least 30 minutes. Let’s see how this goes.
