Some folks might call them "hitch pins". Here's a link to McMaster-Carr showing what you're looking for. https://www.mcmaster.com/#linch-pins/=nwtpjt McMaster calls them "linch pins" or "locking pins with retainer", but you should be able to find what you need at McMaster.

You're quite welcome. And if you haven't already investigated the rest of thier online catalog, do so. I don't think there's a better supplier for hardware and other needs than McMaster-Carr.
