I did a quick search and found many ideas on using extension cords for electrical hook ups. I thought of that for my fish finder and trolling motor as those will be removed when parking the boat. I also thought of using an outdoor electrical AC outlet box under my bow shelf and adapt the electrical AC plugs to the accessories. It might be very convenient to just plug and play!

Okay, you can quit laughing now.

those are options, bit overkill but options.

Have you thought about using trialer wiring. Comes in 25' lengths, 4 wire, and a plug.

Okay, I installed the AC electrical outlet box under my bow shelf with an inline fuse from the battery. I also put a 110 VAC three prong plug on the power wire from the fish finder and the trolling motor, so now just plug it in like a household appliance and off we go!

I did wire the nav lights to a bus bar and a toggle switch at the stern with another in line fuse in the cable from the battery.

Operational check hopefully on Thursday!
