We got those down here too. I had my first experience with them last summer, and boy, they are a blast to catch.

I've only caught 1 flounder in my life, and it was in florida in an inlet off a dock in Sarasota.... I think I was fishing with either shrimp or mackeral chunks... I do remember it came in on my Zebco 33.

The guy with me said he had never seen someone pull one up on the dock without a net before. It's mouth was tore to pieces after that too... funny the small things you remember from more than 20 years ago, but you can't remember what you did big yesterday

I was up at iri a few weeks ago and couldnt buy a bite, did see some nice stripers pulled in though, I didnt even think to try for some flounders. Thats a nice flounder, how big do they have to be to keep?

my suggestion would of been crab meat wrapped with flounder...hmmm

Flounder is the worst. My parents made me eat that crap like everyday for ever. I think I grown sick off it.
