Cleaning Hull

i started the post that reads "Striping Paint" however I soon realized what I though was paint in the pictures before I bough it was actually just decals that I pressure washed right off. My question now is, how do I get my hull which is a rough textured hull as shiny as possible? I have seen people use the aluminum polish that you spray on an wash off...is this my best method? thanks!

I think DAWN is the best and cheapest wash you can get.
And a pressure washer.
