Tuff time with a top water bite but I'll always try.
Crystal clear lake, overcast skies and pretty windy, made plastic fishing alittle tough as well.
Did manage a few, fishing kiddy style(bobber and senko),fish were suspending in 20' of water.

Did manage acouple top water as well, one nice 1 parted my line but probably was due to me not changing a few feet after pickerel fishing days before.Another one attacked a buzzbait until it ripped the skirt right off the hook. The same guy that makes some plastic for me does these buzzbaits and I just bought them before going, didn't have time to clip the skirts yet.
Heres a short video with a underwater filmed release:

Can't help it...as soon as I grabbed for a bobber I thought I should be a kid.
It was just windy enough that I couldn't keep good contact with the bottom and if I went heavy the rocks were gobbling my lures.
