Here is a duck boat my neighbor and myself redid last year. I'll be posting pics of my next boat soon I hope.

Updates done so far:
New paint and camo
Hydro-turf mats
Switch panel
New interior Lights
I bent a piece of angle iron to fix the front and bolted it done.

It's Hydroturf....hands down the best thing to put in a duck/hunting boat. 100% water proof and as light as styrofoam.

You can buy it by the sheet and sometimes buy Closeouts and Specials, which are them same thing, but you just have to keep checking their website.

Where did the stencil come from?

I made the one for the gray and used a reel foot bark stencil for the black, but both can easily be made. Just find two old real estate signs and print out the camo design online and cut out the graphic on one of the real estate signs.

I was going for a bottomland camo pattern.

nice WORK talk about night and day differance!!!!!

The best thing was the boat (1994), 25hp mariner (1994), and trailer were purchased for $500. Also I just recently purchased a 16.5' spectrum aluminum bass boat that I should have finished up in the next month or so for the same price.

Thanks, Jay
Put a wider stop so there isn't as much pressure in one spot.

Interesting I never thought about that, but point well taken.

Thanks, Jay
