Friends,
I've found a 16ft X 4ft X 15" Eldo-Craft Johnboat that is obviously old, as it carries a mid-1970s registration sticker and that further the registration indicates that it was "registered as" a 1970 Ouachita brand boat.
(The Eldo-Craft has no evident serial number. - The manufacturer's metal tag on the starboard rear of the boat simply as the name/address of the Eldo-Craft company & an "unstamped" area for HP rating & weight/person capacity.)
Does anyone know how to actually "date" an Eldo-Craft tin johnboat, as I want to title it correctly?
(Operating any powerboat, which has such an obvious error on the ownership documents MAY cause "discord with P&WD wardens" and/or get the operator accused of fraud/theft, should the warden "check out" the boat.)
THANKS, tex
