My daughter and her husband treated us to fish tacos made from the trout I had caught earlier this week. They actually know how to cook. These were the best fish tacos I think I’ve had.
It is chunks of trout coated in avocado oil and fried with taco seasoning. Homemade baja sauce and pico de gallo. Add coleslaw, grated cheese, and a corn tortilla and there was much happiness!
