looks like old owner had a specific spot he sat anchor and it seems to have a pin hole started where the bottom and side meet ,whats the best way to fix ? im hoping some store bought stuff will fix it I am very un-handy :)

Yeah. Rough up both sides around the hole with some sand paper or even steel wool, mix up some of that JB weld and apply a coat to both sides of the hull. You can also sand and paint this stuff.

I've used it to plug up a solenoid hole on a sprinkler valve to make a golf ball cannon. It was a decent size plug (slightly bigger than a quarter) and it held 100+ psi. :D

The sprinkler valve actually vented another valve  I had bought a valve that a guy in wisconsin use to build, and wanted a backup vent valve for it. The valve was built inside a 4" PVC tee, that was vented by a 1.5" sprinkler valve, that was vented by a blow gun like you would use for an air compressor, because the electric solenoids on the sprinkler valve killed performance because they didn't vent quick enough.

The gas gun design program I had estimated that with the right barrel I would be shooting golf balls right around 600MPH. Thats a lot, but nothing compared to the guys that built the hybrids (compressed air/propane injected) that were shooting well above the speed of sound 8)

Hmmm... Gas operated golf ball gun mounted on the front deck of my boat with a swivel mount for when those charter fishing boats cut in front of me and then yell at me when I run across their 300' of line they're dragging.

   NEW PROJECT!!!

Yeah, I had a 20lb co2 tank that I used to fill it, since I can't shoot it at my house. I probably have close to 1000 golf balls still. The hard part is finding the pipe for the barrel. 1.5" SDR-21 will fit a golf ball perfectly, but no one around here has it, and to order it you need to order a few hundred feet. Luckily I found another guy on a cannon forum that traded me a length for a flat rate box full of golf balls. Haha.
