Finally getting around to posting progress on my 15' Gregor. I am setting it up to fish lakes and for Summer Steelhead here in the Columbia River. I am going to raise the bench up in the middle seat about five inches, move the seats out about the same. That will give me about a 12-16" cut out/walk through in the middle seat. I will brace the inside and out of the middle seat with a 2x4 running the width of the seat box so everything will be tied in and I will not loose and strength. I am going to fill the under side of the front floor with pool noodles to add to any lost flotation.

Here is the cut out for the middle seat, all bracing in fit, have a few adjustments still. The cut out is 16" wide. Tomorrow I hope to get the side braces in between the front and back seat and plywood cut. I have the seat boxes cut and fit. just have to paint them and install them.
