Gunwale/Gunnel Track System

Looking to add some kind of Track System to the 95 Starcraft SF16. I would like to minimize the number of screws as much as i can ,but still be sturdy. i would like to set up my Bimini Top so i can adjust it as needed. I would like to mount and adjust Rod Holders , Drink Holders what ever I need and put it where ever needed. Also do I mount it on the Top or on the Inside?? Any and All Ideas are always Appreciated. Not looking to reinvent the wheel, just something that works .
