I thank you for letting me become a member in your Forum. I live in the Midwest where we fortunately have thousands of public lakes & reservoirs to provide great boating & fishing opportunities. Private stock dams are great too after obtaining permission to visit them. Yesterday I purchased a "new for me" 14' Lowe Line aluminum boat with trailer @ a very reasonable price & hope to moderately modify it to suit my needs. The thing that drew me to it was the unique minimal steering console set up. I don't know if it's a factory option or if it was an after market kit a boater added on. It's built very well & is attached to the gunwale & bench seat very firmly. There is no hull vin # on the transom or any where else. I was just wondering if any member was familiar with this type of boat & what the year & model might be. I thank you in advance for any information you might be able to provide.
