I am going to take a look at the two motors on the left - the guy said early 70s. One runs and dies after a short while, one starts up and stays started but doesn't have the tiller handle assembly connected. He is asking $250 for each, they are 25 HPs. They look to be long shaft. He is literally 5 minutes from my house, so I am going to take a look.

What are your thoughts? Is is hard or expensive to get the handle? Will it be worth it? They hard to clean the carbs etc? Going to see them in a few min, please help!

are they the same motor?

we can walk you threw any mechanic'n you need to do

No idea, but I think they are. They were painted that doodie brown to stop possible theft.

Guys being a flake - but I;m going to see it at 6. He has another guy ooking then too, might be weird? I plan on getting there 545 ha.

Really didnt care for the guy's attitude and I figured that I should save the money and wait until next year to get something. I'd rather use the money for extras in my boat, plus the Yamaha will be fine for around here and the limit lakes.

thats pretty ridiculious to have two different people come look at your motors at the same time. guess stuff like that shows your true colors good call on walking away
