Wow, that's a lot of ribs! I bet that thing is sturdy! As for your question...even if you add some sort of spacer, your still going to get some water inbetween the ribs. I don't think you'll be able to totally avoid that.

thanx for lookin medic.would like to find some cork and do a test but i'd have to buy a whole roll any other thoughts out there? she is strudy, poly soaks into cork to make it water resistent? on hdtv??
