How to remove bench seat

Can someone give me advice on how to pull the middle bench seat on my Alumacraft 1442. My boat is riveted and I am not sure how to pull it out without messing up the rivets holding it in place.

Any thoughts or pics will be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure that you will have to remove the rivets to fully remove the bench. There are several people on here that have cut the bench to allow a walkway. That may be an option for you. That way, you retain some of the bracing offered by the bench, but can still move around fairly unencumbered.
