You should be able to run all your accessories off the cranking battery. Wiring scheme looks good. If this is a tiller boat you are going to want to move the stern light to the starboard side, unless he plans to sit on the port side. Reason being because you want your stern light behind you and not shining in your face. Makes it 1000 x's easier to see when it's dark out and you are running.

i wont have problem draining the battery through the day at all? at least enough the motor to start up? i run a few tournaments so the livewell will run quite a bit some days...

I used to fish in bass tourney's and never was unable to start my 150. Livewells and fish finders ran off the starter. Use that other battery to run a 24 volt trolling motor. If you are worried about it not starting carry some jumper cables. I always had them in my Stratos, but never had to use them.

What gauge wiring should I be using for the applications; Positive, Negitive, Front and Back lights, Fish Finders, Bilge, and Cig. Lighter. Ive been looking around to find the right gauge sizes but I'm lost.

10 gauge marine wire should be sufficent to run to your fuse block for your acesssories. I think you'd be fine then running 16 gauge to the accessory from the switch.

Muskiemike you've been a huge help and i thank you very much. I will get some pics up on here hopefully soon. We are just in the planning stage right now but will / should be done hopefully beforing may!
