Ideas for 12 foot jon mods

I'm tryin to trade for a 12 foot flat bottom jon. Anyone have any suggetion on what to do and what not to do? This is gonna be my first time doin this. I mostly do bass fishing and may do some fishing for catfish. I'm wanting to build a frame to have the seats set on so that I will be more on top on the boat not down in it would it be better to to do the whole thing like that or just the front and rear for the seats?

We need to see some pictures of the boat and then we can give you ideas. How wide is it? Trailer?, back of a pickup?, top of car?
