Guys great site first of all! I put a deck on my 14' jon boat from front to middle seat. My problem is now that when I'm by myself I pull the back of the boat outta the water? So besides moving all my gear to the back of the boat do you have any other suggestions?

Like can I make it float more than it did from the factory?

Where do you have the battery(s) for the tm? Maybe shift some gear around for stability? Can you post a pic of your rig?

There is nothing you can do to make it float better. You will have to move things to the back. Is your batt and gas tank in the back? You might try tilting the outboard up and see what happens.

I agree with the others. You need to compensate for the additional weight in the front by adding to the rear. Post a picture if you can.

Have you tried moving the batteries to the center of the boat.Maybe under/in a bench seat.To much weight at the back can make it to heavy in the rear when you go back there.Can you post pics of your boat?
