Is a model F a semi V or mod john?

im still confused about what kinda boat a model F is, it's flat from midship back an on the front a vhull.

My 1956 FD has a rounded bottom all the way back to the transom.

Looking at the pics, that one appears to have rounded edges where the sides join the floor all the way back. I'd say that is a semi-v. My little 12' has the same style construction and I've always referred to is as a semi-v.
