I found some of the old pictures and will post in sequence, but won't be able to match up with the original replys.

Apparently, I don't have pictures of building the front deck/extension From memory, used 5/8" ext plywood with Gluvit. One layer where it was over the existing deck, with a second layer under it for the extension. Aluminum framing. It too is rock solid and does not flex after years of use.

I was running wiring for the LED lights, so took some pictures of the front deck framing. I used 1 1/2" alum angle (1/8') for cross and verticle supports. The two verticle supports go to a floor cross-rib. Deck is cantilevered about 6", so that is probably why I went for two layers of 5/8' plywood.

The LED lighting is done and will get some pictures tonight.
