Ok,

So when i try to start my motor cold it won't turn over, so i give it a few shots of gas in the carb and it starts right up, and runs perfectly. Once warmed up it starts no problem. after about an hour or 2, I need to squirt some gas in again.

I had played around the the slow speed knob to get the idle i wanted, could this be the problem? or could it be something else. Fuel Pump? Carb?

and just some background info, I had the carb cleaned 2 years ago, and I run high test gas with a synthetic oil, in the spring and fall add so sea-foam to help keep things clean and I winterize it(run the engine until it dies with stabilizer in the gas) and It's stored in doors over the winter

Is your choke closing all the way?
Make sure the primer bulb is firm before starting.
You should probably remove the carb and clean it or rebuild it.

Prime bulb is firm, and I'll have to check the choke, i figure pulling the carb apart and cleaning it can't hurt it

Buy a rebuild kit for it with new gaskets etc, should be less than $50 for that motor. Definitely sounds like the problem is carb related, and doing a rebuild is probably the easiest way to work out if it is, or if the problem lies elsewhere.
