Just got my first boat 14ft Starcraft. Few mods needed.

I just bought my father in-laws fishing boat. Timing sucks got it running just in time to winterize, didn't even get it in the water. Anyway was thinking of doing the few mods I was interested in this winter and having my perfect boat come the spring. The first owner put decking in the back 2/3rds of the boat. I was thinking of extending it in front of the first seat so you can stand and fish and have a flat surface for a foot control for a trolling motor. For the trolling motor I would also need to add a piece to the bow to mount the motor. Then somehow I want to connect the end of the new deck and the new mount with some storage space, and maybe add a bilge pump. Pretty basic but this is my first boat project. Photos below.
