the deeper I get into this build the deeper I realize I need to go. I was looking through other builds for ideas, which I ve gotten plent of thanks to this awesome site.I pulled up my flooring after reading about waterlogged foam and found waterlogged foam of my own not to mention rotted plywood under the rear deck.Ive used the pvc board in the past on another project and it worked well. Im gonna use it on the back deck, every thing else will be decked in aluminum. I now have every thing stripped out down to the basic hull so now i am only limited by my imagination and my wallet. pics coming soon

im glad i ran across your teardown/rebuild .. looking foward to the rest of your rebuild. i actually have been planning for my boat , to do what you now. take care..

Was bored this am. and sketched up a tentative deck lay out on the paint prog. I have or have ordered hatches of 1-10x12, 2-12x24, and a 12x30. I have a 48qt. cooler that i plan on removing the lid and decking to the top and it fits snugly between the ribs so this will be my starting deck height in the front.I am also going to re configure the rear hatch access so that it opens from the motor side instead of the front. I think this will give me more access to fuel tank and batteries.Like I said these are all tentative and will probably change. Blame it on my ADD lol

If you go to Mircosoft paint and load the picture. Go to Flip/Rotate under images, or hit Ctrl+R and it will turn the picture upright for you. Also Ctrl+W resizes too.

where did you get the connectors and tubing for your cooler livewell?
What sizes did you use, anything you'd change?
I'm looking to do a similar setup, any additional info would be great.

My computer took a crap so I'm doing everything from my phone so I'm still trying to figure out pic prpperties.

I ordered the livewell kit from Bass Pro Shops. It came complete with switch, wiring etc. I installed it in a 48 qt. Cooler which fit perfectly between the ribs in my boat. I had to work the placement of the cooler with exhisting holes for drains on factory "livewell"

Here are the wire mold channels that I used to hide wiring
