 6:30AM-11:15AM Overcast, light wind, 65-70 air temps, 73-74 water temp, lightly stained water.

Started the morning throwing a Depps Buzzjet(Topwater). Slammed one largie around 1lb. That was it on top. Started throwing the SK Redeye Lipless crank for a while. Finally nailed a smallie under 1lb. Switched over to a Series 4 SK crankbait and worked the "humps". A few casts in gets me another smallie. Caught three more smallies just off the wind blown banks. Best one weighed in at 2lbs 4oz.

Nice report FD. What setup do you throw your cranks on? I had a Series 4 tied on yesterday to a worm rod and had 3 fish come unbuttoned.

 For traps(lipless cranks) I use a 6'6" Team Daiwa-S fiberglass rod with 14lb trilene(mono). For deep diver cranks I use a 7' Daiwa crank rod with 14lb trilene. Hope this helps.
