To evenly distribute weight in my custom jon boat I want to mount the trolling motor and outboard batteries up front. Any issue with just ordering longer cables for my outboard from genuinedealz.com?? Voltage drop, etc....

You may need to look at bumping up the size of the cable between your OB battery and the starter. The voltage drop over that length of wire will likely cause your starter to spin slower. With a longer run like that, the risk of something rubbing through or cutting your wire goes up too. NOrmally your main power connection to your motor isn't fused, but it's typically a short run. Make sure that you use some kind of fusible link or heavy breaker near the battery.

Good luck!

You can have them made locally, use cotton cord and pre-run the route you plan on using and then find a local parts house that makes them.

I ordered the cable, lugs and one of these hydraulic cable crimpers and made my own. I used the calculator I linked to determine what size I needed.
