Searched...anyone got pics or a nod on bow lights for a 1436 81 Duracraft? Pedestal(due to trolling motor mount) went out yesterday and looking for possible other routes besides removable. The rolled gunwhale seems like a good spot, but not seeing anything like shark eyes etc. Understand that LED strips aren't appropriate/approved.

LED ‘strips’ maybe are not approved, but I ran USCG ColReg approved 2 nautical mile LED nav lights on my tuna boat when I had it (since sold).

Shot this picture to a buddy who works SCDNR and he gave me the nod that the strip lights were ok.
