looking for a Gunnel tie down.

I'm looking for a tie down for my Jon boat. The kind i did have was made with rope and a hook on one end to hook to trailer, other end had a self adjusting "hook" that went over the gunnel. It has a "lever" that you snap down and retain with a attached pin. I've been looking all over goggle but have come up empty. Anybody know where i can fine em.?

You should be able to just use a standard 1" ratchet nylon strap as found at Wally or most hardware stores.
