Loose purple wires, tracker grizzly

Hey all,

I got back from duck hunting Saturday, and while cleaning out the boat, I found a loose screw under the console. Upon further inspection, I found two loose purple wires at the ignition switch and the terminal without the screw.

I'm assuming that both the purple wires go to that terminal?
Also, any idea what the purple wires for? I checked the tracker wiring scematic and it said purple was an ignition wire, I had no problems with the ignition while out on the water, unless the wires came off the terminal while I trailered the boat home.


I have a 2004 tracker grizzly SC with a 2003 50 hp Merc ELPTO.
