Hey I bought this boat new in early September and just finished the modifications this weekend.
I used 15/32" ply wood for the decks and 11/32" for the floor. I sealed the wood with Thompson's Water Seal.
The rest is pretty clear; carpeted the wood installed the switches for the lights and an extra one for a bilge pump.
The battery sits under the front deck and the gas is under the back deck. Sorry I don't have more pictures.
I'm open to any criticisms or comments.
Thanks!
John

Thanks guys. I have a '06 Johnson 15 hp 2 stroke pushing it. It's a fast. I would guess around 22-25 with just me.

This may be a dumb question but how are the 2x4s under the front deck connected to the boat?
