New to this forum, look like a lot of good info on tin boats.
Fished my fav lake on Sunday4/10, water temp 53deg at noon , we fished the north end of the lake, quite shallow(4ft) as it has not refilled after the fall draw down. Throwing Big O's (bluegill color) and KVD 2.5's in craw color. Very slow for the first hour and we kept cranking very slowly and we did get three nice bass, two 2lb bass and a 3lb, all largemouth. These fish were in rock/gravel-near weeds. Water temp in that area was 54deg.
We fished a couple of similar area's and only got two small largemouth. Our last spot us usually the best , as it has rock walls and gravel and rocks. Temp there was 55 but not a strike.
We used cranks, spinnerbaits, plastics, very windy and tough to line watch...water is extremely clear. MJEFF
