Need help figuring out how to build a deck.

Okay, so I would like to build a front deck with a livewell and storage. but Im having trouble figuring out i would create the support for the plywood. #-o

Ive been looking but I still dont fully understand how the supports are secured to the hull.

Some are attached to the cross ribs, others are welded. Post some pictures of your boat so we can help you better.
