Progress... made some covers for gas tank and electronics. Added a bimini top. Things are shaping up. I want to add color to the outside of the boat, or maybe a vinyl graphic, I'm not sure yet.

Progress... Started to wire the lights, bilge pump, switch panel and battery tray area. Also added a plastic grommet for the fuel line, and will probably add another one for the bilge pump tube.

Progress... working on the battery area, still waiting on a few parts, but mounted a small battery gauge next to the switches and mounted a distribution block on the underside of the panel. I also added a 62lb thrust trolling motor. I need another piece of aluminum to support it like the outboard, but it will look similar when completed. Bilge pump tube was run as well through another grommet that I added.

Very nice rig. How much weight do you estimate the flooring setup including the framing added?

Never mind, found your 150 estimate earlier in thread.

Would love to do same, but don't want to give up that capacity (tend to have 2 adults and 2-3 kids when I go out)

No progress... found another boat/trailer for $250. I couldn't pass it up. 1968 starcraft. Does anyone know how many HP this engine is? I'm guessing 15-20? I literally just picked it up, so I haven't done my due diligence yet on this.
