As the name implies, I'm from Kentucky, and enjoy Jeeping.
Recently received my grandfather's old alumacraft. it is a 1988 1648 with a live well in the center. I don't know much else about it, other than all the times we spent on the lake in it. It's also got a 1988 Johnson 30hp as well. Got it cleaned up/out the weekend (it's been sitting outdoors for quite a while). Needs some paint and repairs, but I can't help but love the thing. Any tips on things to do before I fire it up for the first time? It hasn't been ran in a few years, so I've already planned on replacing hoses, etc.
